Odourless Treatment

Most of this damage is caused by subterranean or soil nesting termites in search for food containing cellulose such as wood, paper, clothes etc. They construct pathways or mud tubes from their nests to the food source. TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-1) : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE INTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).
This treatment is carried out along the skirting level of the entire internal area of the premises. Holes will be drilled of 8mm - 10mm diameter, 18- 20 inches apart along the junction of walls and the floor. The depth of the holes will be 6-8 inches at 45 degree. All the holes will be injected with Registered/ Licensed odourless pesticide to create a chemical barrier/killing field all around the base of the internal walls of the premises. All the drilled holes will be sealed with black or white cement. Also affected external areas of the walls and furnitures will be sprayed with the same pesticide.
TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-2) : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).

This Treatment is carried out along the external perimeter of the premises. Trenching or drilling holes of 12mm diameter 12 inches apart, along the base of external walls of the premises. The depth of the holes will be upto 12inches at 45 degree. All the drilled holes and the trenches will be injected with Registered/ Licensed odourless pesticide to create a chemical barrier/killing field around the premises. All the drilled holes will be sealed with black or white cement. Also affected external areas of the walls will be sprayed with the same pesticide.

TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-3 ) : COMPREHENSIVE ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE INTERNAL AREA AND THE ENTIRE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES.

The distance of the drilling holes will keep increasing after 2nd floor and will be done only at the base of the columns and door frames.

If the structure is on stilts, holes will be drilled along the column side at ground level. If there is loose earth around the walls of the building, rodding will be done on every feet adjacent to the external surfaces of the foundation wall upto a depth of 500 mm from the ground level. If building is surrounded by garden, the treatment shall be carried out to the sub-soil, which is in immediate contact with the external walls of the premises.

General Pest Control is a basic preventive pest control service carried out in the external area’s of housing socities, commercial premises, warehouses etc. This treatment is a thorough spray treatment for the entire external area of the premises. The scope of treatment will be for entire external plinth area, all common areas like staircase, midlanding, parking lot, entire compound area of the premises etc. Also all the drainage chambers within the premises will be opened and a thorough spray will be done inside the chambers. The kinds of cockroaches which breed inside the drainage chambers are different from the cockroaches which dwell in the internal area of the premises. Internal area of the premises have to be treated separately. This treatment eliminates most of the cockroaches at source.

For Indoor areas we suggest the use of DO-IT-YOURSELF products such as glue traps, low dose rat bait, mechanical traps etc which are available with us.

Mosquitoes being flying insects, we offer this service for large housing complexes and establishments only. This service is a daily service. The treatment includes treating water bodies around the premises, spraying,misting and fogging on a daily basis for the control of adult mosquitoes.

We suggest you to buy the Fogging Machine and the Pesticides from us. We will provide a simple training to your maintenance /housekeeping staff, who can do the treatment to your premises on a daily basis to keep it mosquito free. This will definitely be a great cost saving initiative by you rather than giving a service contract for daily treatment.
