TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-4 ) : ANTI TERMITE PREVENTIVE PRE - CONSTRUCTION TREATMENT FOR THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).

This treatment is a preventive anti-termite treatment at the foundation level of the construction activity. This treatment is carried out when the PLINTH BEAM,BACKFILLING AND PLINTH SOLING IS READY. At this stage before the plinth PCC the entire area is treated with a ready solution using Imidacloprid 30.50 % SC pre construction anti termite control treatment as per Intech Standard (IS)at 0.075 % ie: concentration 2.1 ml. The treatment will be at the rate of 5 liter per sq.mtr. of surface area with the help of ready solution. Also Rodding will be done on every feet upto the depth of 500 mm for the the loose earth at ground level around the periphery of the plinth beam and treated with ready solution of imidacloropid 30.50 % SC as per IS standard at the rate of 2.5 liter per rmtr.
