There are various types of termites and to tackle these we have the following termite control methods. We provide TERMICEASE treatment for Internal area (TC-1), External area (TC-2), comprehensive treatment for both Internal and External area (TC-3) and anti-termite preventive Pre-Construction treatment as per ISO standard (TC-4).

TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-1) : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE INTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).

This treatment is carried out along the skirting level of the entire internal area of the premises. Holes will be drilled of 8mm - 10mm diameter, 18- 20 inches apart along the junction of walls and the floor. The depth of the holes will be 6-8 inches at 45 degree. All the holes will be injected with Registered/ Licensed odourless pesticide to create a chemical barrier/killing field all around the base of the internal walls of the premises. All the drilled holes will be sealed with black or white cement. Also affected external areas of the walls and furnitures will be sprayed with the same pesticide.

TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-2) : ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).

This treatment is carried out along the skirting level of the entire internal area of the premises. Holes will be drilled of 8mm - 10mm diameter, 18- 20 inches apart along the junction of walls and the floor. The depth of the holes will be 6-8 inches at 45 degree. This Treatment is carried out along the external perimeter of the premises. Trenching or drilling holes of 12mm diameter 12 inches apart, along the base of external walls of the premises. The depth of the holes will be upto 12inches at 45 degree. All the drilled holes and the trenches will be injected with Registered/ Licensed odourless pesticide to create a chemical barrier/killing field around the premises. All the drilled holes will be sealed with black or white cement. Also affected external areas of the walls will be sprayed with the same pesticide.

TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-3 ) : COMPREHENSIVE ANTI TERMITE TREATMENT FOR THE ENTIRE INTERNAL AREA AND THE ENTIRE EXTERNAL AREA OF THE PREMISES.

This treatment is carried out along the skirting area of the entire internal area of the premises. Holes will be drilled of 8mm - 10mm diameter, 18- 20 inches apart along the junction of walls and the floor. The depth of the holes will be 6-8 inches at 45 degree. All the holes will be injected with Registered/ Licensed odourless pesticide to create a chemical barrier/killing field all around the base of the internal walls of the premises. All the drilled holes will be sealed with black or white cement. Also affected internal areas of the walls and furnitures will be sprayed with the same pesticide. The distance of the drilling holes will keep increasing after 2nd floor and will be done only at the base of the columns and door frames.

If the structure is on stilts, holes will be drilled along the column side at ground level. If there is loose earth around the walls of the building, rodding will be done on every feet adjacent to the external surfaces of the foundation wall upto a depth of 500 mm from the ground level. If building is surrounded by garden, the treatment shall be carried out to the sub-soil, which is in immediate contact with the external walls of the premises.

TERMICEASE SERVICE (TC-4 ) : ANTI TERMITE PREVENTIVE PRE - CONSTRUCTION TREATMENT FOR THE PREMISES (ODOURLESS SERVICE).

This treatment is a preventive anti-termite treatment at the foundation level of the construction activity. It is commonly known as pre construction termite treatment. This treatment is carried out when the PLINTH BEAM,BACKFILLING AND PLINTH SOLING IS READY. At this stage before the plinth PCC the entire area is treated with a ready solution using Imidacloprid 30.50 % SC pre construction anti termite control treatment as per Intech Standard (IS)at 0.075 % ie: concentration 2.1 ml. The treatment will be at the rate of 5 liter per sq.mtr. of surface area with the help of ready solution. Also Rodding will be done on every feet upto the depth of 500 mm for the the loose earth at ground level around the periphery of the plinth beam and treated with ready solution of imidacloropid 30.50 % SC as per IS standard at the rate of 2.5 liter per rmtr.
